Every last Saturday of the month
How often have you thought it would be nice to do something for yourself? Or have you ever said "There’s never the time", or "I'm not good at art"? Actually, there is time if you want to make it. And as for not being creative, you would be amazed at what you can do at our crafts mornings. Art isn’t all painting and drawing. It’s about being creative in so many different ways.
The ladies at Bethel Church meet once a month to spend a couple of hours creating and having fun. Last year, they took on the challenge to provide 60 gift-filled boxes for the Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child Appeal. The boxes, packed with age-appropriate toys, stationery, hats and gloves, can then went to children in developing or war-torn countries, providing Christmas presents for those who otherwise would receive nothing.
